Opening Day of Fall Ball!

It's time to lace up the cleats and oil the gloves. Fall Softball is here for Austin Sports and Social Club, and it looks to be one heck of a season.

Last season’s Thursday Social Champs, Beer Goggle Ballers, are back in full force on both nights trying to double dip. This season they’ve got a lot of competition to deal with, however.

The Super Socials are looking mighty fine. 2 in da Pink is bumped for winning the Super Social Championship up to Social. Let’s see how they do with the big dogs.

A few things to remember:

Your t-shirt is your uniform. No one who we have given their shirt to may play without wearing the Austin SSC t-shirt. For those of you who have not received their shirt, a period of leniency is granted for this rule until we have given you your shirt. However, if you just did not come to t-shirt pick-up, then you will not be able to play without it. You must email austinssc@gmail.com to arrange for a courier to bring your shirt out. Individuals are $8 & teams are $18.

Have fun at the park, but remember there is no visible alcohol allowed in the park; not even as you are walking up the ramp to the fields. Make sure all beer cans are in a storage container (a bag, a cooler that doesn’t have a beer logo.) There are no glass containers allowed at the parks. Please do clean up after yourselves as well. All trash should go in the many trash cans around the fields.

After the games, head on down to Doc’s for our post game happy hours. $2 Bud Light drafts and $3.50 UV Vodka drinks all night long!
