We are looking for a skilled Communications and Key Accounts Manager to develop and maintain relationships with our most important customers. You will be responsible for securing and overseeing long-term key customers by understanding their needs and providing event solutions. You will also be responsible for executing our customer loyalty and top customer appreciation initiatives.

You will be one of our primary brand ambassadors and help set the tone for player experience. You should possess high-level skills as a conflict manager and be able to diffuse issues quickly, equitably, and positively.

Prior customer service, key account management, and customer management software experience is preferred, but we can also teach smart, committed individuals.

Daytime duties allow you to work from home, connecting with customers and prospects via e-mail, social media, chat and phone calls. The job is primarily Monday – Friday. When weekend availability is necessary to oversee client events, the ability to take time off during the week will be available.

We are the premier company in Austin for adult & youth recreational sports and events, with over 35,000 local players per year, and 60,000 statewide.


Responsibilities

Corporate

Develop and maintain successful relationships with corporate clients and top captains
Pursue, negotiate, and close corporate tournaments, field days, and other events
Serve as liaison between corporate clients and internal departments to ensure client event success

Customer Service

Provide on-site customer service to clients and participants at corporate events and tournaments
Provide excellent service to all players through phone, email, and social media
Assist with team building for regular leagues and tournament


requirements

Prerequisites

2+ years hospitality, customer service or sports administration
Strong working knowledge of most major sports
Previous sports experience
Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace

Attitude

Outgoing personality and strong ability to work with others (Smile everyday!)

Necessities

Reliable transportation, smartphone, computer, and printer access
Ability to regularly lift 40+ lbs
Available and willing to work weekends

$36,000 – $42,000
