You will be the face of our brand both on and off the field. You will help us shape the foundation of our rapidly growing market and bring valuable insights to be the best part of our customers’ day.

Responsibilities
On The Field
Coordinate and support nightly sports
Develop and coach referees and coordinators
Maintain positive relationships with players
Off the Field
Check and prepare sports locations
Organize and distribute sports equipment
Provide feedback in order to improve player experience
requirements
Prerequisites
Previous Sports Playing, Officiating, or Coaching Experience
21 or older
College Degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience

Extensive Familiarity with Austin and its surrounding areas
Ability to stand for long periods of time and regularly lift 40+ lbs
Reliable Transportation and Clean Driving Record
