CALLING ALL OUTGOING PEOPLE WHO LOVE SPORTS!
Austin Sports and Social Club is excited to add a driven social sports loving superstar to create awesome experiences for our players!
This team member will be our primary trainer for all new referees and game coordinators, so strong working knowledge of all major sports is required. Prior officiating and coaching experience is preferred, but we can also teach smart, committed individuals.
This crucial team member will also help set the tone for player experience and therefore must exude confidence, responsibility, and cheerfulness. This person is one of our primary brand ambassadors to players and must be comfortable speaking in front of groups, rallying players to social events, and facilitating fun and good cheer on a nightly basis. This person is a skilled conflict manager and can diffuse arguments quickly, equitably, and cheerfully.
Austin SSC sports take place Sundays through Fridays in the evenings. Candidates must be flexible enough to carry multiple shifts in each week. Shifts may change weekly.
Austin SSC believes the fun and sportsmanship of games should be for everyone, and thus we provide activities for every type of person, every week of the year. Our leagues are about having fun as much as winning games.
The Austin Sports & Social Club, the largest provider of adult co-ed sports in Austin since 2005, is seeking awesome people to act as Social Coordinators for leagues, tournaments, and events. Our leagues are about having fun and meeting new people, and sports is a great way for people to come together and have a good time. Social Coordinators need to be fantastic with people and bring about the enjoyment of the game and meeting new people. We take pride in the social aspect that is associated with all of our sports and events and are looking for someone to bring that to life and serve as an ambassador to the company.
