Enjoy sports?

Austin SSC is excited to add a driven social sports loving superstar to create awesome experiences for our players!

This crucial team member will set the tone for player experience and therefore must exude confidence, responsibility, and cheerfulness. This person is our primary brand ambassador to our players and must be comfortable speaking in front of groups, rallying players to social events, and facilitating fun and good cheer on a nightly basis. This person is a skilled conflict manager and can diffuse arguments quickly, equitably, and cheerfully.

This team member will be our primary trainer for all new referees and game coordinators, so strong working knowledge of all major sports is required. Prior officiating, coaching, or playing experience is preferred, but we can also teach smart, committed individuals.

Austin SSC sports take place Sundays through Fridays in the evenings with occasional tournaments and social events on Saturdays. Candidates must be flexible enough to carry multiple shifts in each week. Shifts may change weekly, but will generally follow a standard minimum schedule. The position is full-time and primarily scheduled in a way that supports our regular programming.

Austin SSC believes the fun and sportsmanship of games should be for everyone, and thus we provide activities for every type of person, every week of the year. Our leagues are about having fun as much as winning games. We are the premier company in Austin for over 21 co-ed sports and events.
